Should You Bother Trying Face Yoga: The Key To Looking Younger?
Here’s one you might not have heard about.
More like a massage than actual yoga, Face Yoga experts - like Koko Hayashi, for any Shark Tank fans out there - claim that 10 minutes of this a day is the key to looking younger.
The question floating around the Should I Bother studio, however, is - are they talking out their hoop? (for our international listeners, this is Dublin talk for, “Are they speaking nonsense from their bum?”)
As you might have come to expect by now, we’re on a quest to find the answer in our typical fashion of trying it for a week and making a decision on it.
There’s a bit of scientific research mentioned, a few words said about the Face Yoga app, Luvly, a dumb game we made up in the middle, and all neatly wrapped up with our opinions on if you should bother with this or not.
Want to get some practice in during the episode? With your right hand, make the shape as if you’re gripping a stick or pole. Now hold that shape and bring it to your forehead. Got it? Great. Now move that hand forward and backward from your forehead as you listen to the entire episode.
