Mike Webster is CEO and founder of Arvoia.Together. After spending two decades working for multi-billion dollar companies in fintech, tech and software and having earned his stripes founding two other start-ups Mike knows what will make companies, their customers and their communities' lives better. It’s not about the latest tech – it’s understanding the value of every person's behavioural footprint and how that should be treated. Mike is passionate about forging a new way to use behavioural data for economic and social good through the ethical and democratic application of powerful technology.

Mike lives in Kenmare in Ireland and is a keen waterman, spending his spare time surfing, windsurfing, swimming, sailing and paddle boarding. Mike has a Bachelors of Technology from the University of Limerick, an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate school of Business and also completed the summer strategy program at Harvard Business School.
