Handel Jones has over 50 years of experience in the electronics industry and had led International Business Strategies (IBS Inc.) for over 30 years. IBS supports government organizations and major corporations on global basis, with extensive activities in the United States, Europe, and China.

The activities of IBS include technology analysis and predicting future strategies of corporations and governments as well as predicting market trends. IBS has written a number of reports on artificial intelligence to its clients as well as in-depth analysis of key activities in the electronics industry in China.

Jones has worked for major corporations in the United States and has significant experience in the Silicon Valley high-technology arena. He has a deep interest in China as well as the United States, with artificial intelligence being a bridge between these two countries.

Jones has written other books on China including Artificial Intelligence: How AI and IA Reshape the FutureChina’s Globalization (How China Becomes No. 1), and Chinamerica (McGraw-Hill).
