Salad Days
Episode #19 - Tim Mech
On the nineteenth episode of the podcast, Dave talks to Tim about the hardcore scene from his early days in Ottawa, all the way to touring the world as the guitar tech for Carlos Santana. In his early days working at a gas station in Ottawa, Tim meets a floppy haired dude in a red car blasting Violet Femmes (aka Dave Bookman), and together they form The Bookmen. From tech-ing with the Rheostatics to The Pursuit of Happiness to Cowboy Junkies, Tim slowly grows the passion for his original music with his current one-man-band called the PEEP-SHOW. Enjoy the stories!
