Rejuvenaging with Dr. Ron Kaiser
Going from Ordinary to Legendary, One Habit at the Time with Tommy Breedlove
Regardless of the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and what we are capable of or not, our minds can be rewired from scarcity to abundance, from fear to love, or from self-doubt to confidence, and our guest, Tommy Breedlove, is the living proof of it. Growing up in a violent household from a violent neighborhood, he committed a violent crime, which sent him away a couple of years.
A couple of years later, and after a massive effort and hard work, Tommy graduated with honors from the University of Georgia. He twisted the course of his life; he got the shiny cars, the cufflinks, the suit, the corner office, and still, something wasn't right. As he was lying in a ditch, contemplating his life, trying to understand why despite all the success, his marriage was collapsing, and he wasn't happy, he finally got it. He knew what he had to do, and he is sharing it with us today.
Tommy Breedlove is a Keynote Speaker, a USA Today and Wall Street Journal Best-selling Author of the book "Legendary," and a Business, Relationship, and Mindset Coach. He is also the Founder and Chief Goodness Provider of Choose Goodness.
In this episode, Tommy shared bits of his past, his challenging childhood, and adolescence. He also shared the details of how he went from spending a couple of years in jail to graduating with honors and retaking control of his life. We talked about the work he does with the Legendary retreats and masterminds, the massive results his coachees get, and the possibilities rewiring our brains represent. We also explore the power of replacing negative habits with positive ones and much more.
Tune in to Episode 113 and learn about the power we have in our hands to change our lives by rewiring our brains and how we think about ourselves and who we are.
