Coroner Blake is interviewed on a tv show about murder, and how some people do it to get noticed, the host kills the co-host to get ratings for the show and blames killing on the Necromancer a good scapegoat. Except the Necromancer was at another killing. Lance the Necromancer and Blake try to find the killer. The killer is busy trying to get the Necromancer arrested. People watch the show because of the crime.
