Supply Chain Innovation in 2021
In this episode of interlinks we are going to repeat the format that we initiated last month of taking a deeper dive into the world of the supply chain, with a group of international experts, all colleagues of mine from the Supply Chain Special Interest Group at the Society for the Advancement of Consulting.
We are going to hear a lot about supply chains in 2021, not least because they will be swinging into action around the world in the roll-out of the various COVID vaccines that are being approved.
On top of that they are an essential concern of the sustainability agenda of international businesses as they, their customers and their investors become ever more sensitive to the environmental impact of their activities.
Supply chains will also be heavily impacted here in northwestern Europe in the countries that trade most with the UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland and of course the UK itself, when the UK Brexit transition period ends at the end of the month, whether there is a deal or no deal.
So, to discuss these issues I am delighted to be joined by:
- Antonio Zrilic – Managing Director of the supply chain consultancy, Logiko, in Zagreb, Croatia.
- Mark Wolf, CEO of LavaFish Advisors, a consultancy specialised in helping businesses address their sustainability ambitions based in New York City.
- Lisa Anderson, President of LMA Consulting Group, located in the Greater Los Angeles area in California.
