Rise Up! Manage your State of Mind With Michelle Sorro

Season 1, Ep. 16

A dream come true … Michelle Sorro heart-centered entrepreneur, co-founder of the Podcast Accelerator, transformational trainer, host of Fire and Soul Podcast (a top 10 in self-development) and mentor and coach to other coaches and experts … on a mission to empower millions to be seen and heard. She is magic. She is grace and ease on fire!   (She has walked on fire!!) … and she is a dream come true guest!

Join our conversation as my mentor and coach shares her perspective and ideas as a well-balanced high performing woman. She is truly a “sister on the path!”

Here’s her advice:

  • Control how you respond …  to the news, the negativity, overwhelm and anxiety and including how you choose to unplug to the toxic people in your life
  • Overindulge … in peaceful productivity and responding with your higher self.
  • Manage your state … fill up your mental state! Find ways to feed your mind with peace. Fill up your senses. Michelle uses: the scent of incense and the glowing flicker of candles, blackout curtains opening to a new day, turning on music that rocks her soul and every day soaking up the view of nature, happily watching her playful, carefree pup (and seeing him as a reminder to appreciate play, joy and living in the present moment!)
  • There is no fear where there is gratitude… Michelle’s confidence and kindness, her graceful voice will encourage you to recognize what you are grateful for and rekindle gratitude rather than marinate in our fears.

Most importantly, Michelle joins our podcast to inspire you to rise up. Now is the time for your leadership, overflowing with love and calm and presence… especially to someone who needs it today.

Put this podcast on replay!

p.s. Michelle highly recommends this book: The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer.
