  • Harnessing the Power of Mind - A Conversation with Henning Jensen on Quantum Life

    31:39|
Welcome to this special episode of One Thirty Biohacks, recorded live at Copenhagen Health Week in Øksnehallen. Today, I have the pleasure of speaking with Henning Jensen, author of Quantum Life.In his book and talks, Henning reveals how we are the creators of our own lives—using the power of our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs—and how quantum physics explains this incredible process. Our thoughts and emotions generate energy that shapes both our inner lives and the world around us. Thanks to quantum physics, we now understand that each of us has a unique frequency influenced by our DNA, and we can even measure these waves from the brain and heart.Henning illustrates this with powerful examples, like how mothers and babies intuitively sense each other’s presence, or how identical twins can feel connected across great distances. But these connections go deeper, influencing our health at a fundamental level. Our brain releases chemicals based on how we perceive the world, meaning that our mindset profoundly impacts our physical well-being.Join us for an eye-opening discussion on how you can harness this mind-body connection and become the creator of your own health and life.

  • Tarm- og hormonelle ubalancer med Health Advisor Alberte Engsbye

    46:50|
