“I have gone through my own Health journey and curred my allergies by using food as my Medicine - driven by selflove and care. I strongly believe that love for our bodies is key in order to feel good and be healthy. My own journey has thought me that a healthy life is more then just diet and workouts. Its about finding balance and nourishment in all aspects of life.” 

 

With a background in nutrition and health, and as a partner and food coach in Rootsclinic, Signe has a long track record helping people achieving better health through both nutritional and generel health advice.
