And Juskow for All
The Razzle Dazzle of Michael Riedel (Live From the Comedy Cellar)
I'd been waiting to talk to this week's guest for some time. Michael Riedel, the theatre critic for the New York Post and one half of "Len Berman and Michael Riedel in the Morning" on 710 WOR, joins me today down at the Comedy Cellar. I dare you to find another podcast where two men talk about their love of Broadway, James Bond and the TV Show Columbo. If you are an avid listener of The Nightfly podcast, where I describe old TV shows and movie plot lines, then you will realize I have met my match. Michael and I had a great time as we sat talking in the restaurant about his many meetings with Roger Moore, his extensive research on writing his 2015 book, "Razzle Dazzle" and old New York stories. One of my "white whales" I've been waiting to have on for a long time delivers today on an all new podcast. Hope you like. :)

17. The New Jack Wild Project
01:08:18||Season 1, Ep. 17Well, I'll just open with, you're welcome in advance as my research on the Bee Gees and the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack led to an amazing new project from the brilliant kid who stars in H.R. Pufnstuf. I mean. . . . -- also the nerve at the folks at the Mt. Fuji hibachi place, 45 minutes away when we got there four our 7:30 reservation, only to tell us the kitchen closes at 8:00. WHAT!? AND, apparently arriving at 6:00 to a Xmas Party was too late and everyone got mad. WHAT?! Again! Oh well -- all in a week's work. We're BACK!
16. The Directionless Date
01:07:56||Season 1, Ep. 16Happy New Year everyone. Great to be back. Let's begin with an awful date who has lived in Hoboken for 15 years yet doesn't know her way home. Then the awful birthday celebration that was blamed on me. Then the awful way I stepped over everyone running away from someone who fainted but I thought was dead (total George Costanza) and finally - another magical jiffy lube story. 😅
15. THE 544TH EPISODE w/Dave Attell & Nick Griffin
01:11:22||Season 1, Ep. 15LIVE from the Comedy Cellar podcast studios - it's the audio portion of Comedy Cellar Tuesdays with Dave Juskow. Twice a month I do a show from the Comedy Cellar Live on YouTube. On December 16, 2025 comedians Dave Attell & Sleepy Nick Griffin came by for a few laughs before we took Nick out for his birthday dinner. As usual, Nick was a half hour late BUT. . .who cares it was a blast. Towards the end we have a trivia game - can you guess the comic's book or joke? So, recorded live on December 16th at the Comedy Cellar, I hope you enjoy this audio rebroadcast. You can also watch on YouTube here: https://shorturl.at/jWEcWHappy New Year!
14. Wicked For Bad
45:05||Season 1, Ep. 14The legendary Heather Graham Wednesday before Thanksgiving party was back on and boy was it a treat. A special guest showed up that many folks will be extremely excited about. Then "Wicked for Good" was pretty darn awful and of course, what was going to happen when I got my stiches out and saw the doctor that tried to set me up with another patient. All that and more today on the penultimate year end episode of And Juskow For All. Happy Holidays everyone!
13. The Girl Faster than Me
39:24||Season 1, Ep. 13Whilst running cross-country in High School, I let a girl beat me because I'm a gentlemen -- is what I've been telling everyone for 50 years but damnit -- she was like an Olympic champion. It wasn't fair! I Choose Not to Race! That and my mean sister and another classic Jiffy Lube story where if they had an HR Department, I'd probably have to make a visit. Classic. Hope you all had a nice holiday! 😀
12. Los Angeles and Rain Do Not Mix
55:43||Season 1, Ep. 12Well this is classic. After a big vacation plan, everything was cancelled thanks to -- Rain? But yeah, when it rains in L.A. in November, it's not as sexy as Guns & Roses makes it out to be. And then the vacation just got worse, but you know what that means for this show -- a little thing called Podcast Gold.
11. The Garage Mechanic Gastronomist
59:24||Season 1, Ep. 11On tonight's episode we go to the all you can eat seafood buffet, right by my house. 8 lobsters later I kind of got sick but it was worth it. The most important thing of course was to tell the garage mechanic in New Jersey who told me about it in the first place. I have no idea why that was so important, but, it was. Also, another classroom fiasco with a twist and watching the World Series with the Roast Master.
10. New York City Election Day 2025 - This Ought to be Good
56:11||Season 1, Ep. 10The world is watching. As of putting this podcast together, I have no idea who the winner is but I voted this past week and then got accosted by some teenagers at the high school. BUT, it's half my fault because I went at 2:45 to vote like an idiot when they're all getting out. Also, i went out every night this week to make up for my being sick the last few weeks. That includes my jaunt to the West Side Comedy Club which was the worst comedy club I've ever been too -- of course that being said - please come see me perform there on November 26th. 😅 What a plug!!! See, now that's comedy! You guys get it.
9. The Romantic Comedy Horror Show
55:06||Season 1, Ep. 9This week a student gets triggered from the movie (get ready) - 1985's The Sure Thing. Well, that about does it for me then, I'm outta here. Also, is it possible for people with dementia to come back using familiar songs and music. I test the theory this week. My own theory that is, not scientific -- of course, since I am a college professor, maybe it is scientific. You're welcome. Also, I purchase 4 magazines for $52. I mean, since I'm the last person to buy magazines, don't you think I deserve a discount. A classic storytelling podcast that will entertain and amaze.
