In this episode, I chat with Charlie McGaw, an ultra-distance runner who shares his journey of using movement as a tool for mental well-being. Charlie discusses how running not only improves physical fitness but also strengthens resilience and mental clarity.
Charlie is currently running 50km a day (alongside Jack Hanley who is running 100km a day) for 100 consecutive days to raise money for their charity, Miles 4 Smiles - a mental health charity with a unique focus on empowering change through movement and communication.
