Cat & Nat Unfiltered
From Modern Family to Modern Mom with Julie Bowen
We were so excited to chat with one of the funniest moms we all know and love, Julie Bowen, aka Claire Dunphy! Julie is a two-time Emmy winner for her portrayal of Claire on Modern Family, made an iconic appearance in Happy Gilmore, has starred in Mixtape and Hubie Halloween for Netflix, was featured in Totally Killer for Blumhouse Productions on Amazon, and The Fallout for Warner Brothers/HBO Max. If that's not enough to keep Julie busy, she’s also a director, voices characters in Disney's DuckTales and Rapunzel’s Tangled Adventure, owns a skincare brand for tween boys, JB SKRUB, is a founding board member of the national nonprofit, Baby2Baby and is a mom to three teeenage boys. This interview kind of gave us a little street cred with our kids! For a limited time, Julie is offering our listeners 20% off her JB SKRUB skincare with code CATNAT20, valid until 10/12 at https://jbskrub.com/. For more on Julie check her out @itsjuliebowen.

36:36||Season 15, Ep. 32In this epsiode we get real about the “bubble” , that sweet spot where friendship, trust, and boundaries collide. We share stories of teenagers making rebellious moves (like hiding tequila in laundry baskets – yes, really!) and teach how patterns, signs, and a good analogy can reveal what’s really going on in your kid’s brain. 29. Are Phones the New Parents? You are Going to Be Surprised By the Answer...

In this episode, we're unpacking what your child's device habits actually reveal about their sleep, mood, and mental health, and why understanding those patterns is your new parenting superpower. We're also shifting the conversation from "no phones" to building real digital self-control because rules without awareness don't stick. If you're tired of guessing, this one's for you.
