16. Burnt: Efficient Ways To Cope With Stress
22:53||Season 1, Ep. 16This is a Solo episode featuring your host Sandrine Etienne. I am discussing all things related to burnout, offering effective ways to deal with stress when symptoms present themselves. It's important that we recognize the signs of burnout because they can lead to even bigger issues with regard to your health and wellness. The World Health Organization recently classified burnout as a medical diagnosis but it's related to work, however it is important to understand that burnout can also exist in non work related settings. A lot of times we all go through life stressors that can cause significant bouts of burnout which can intensify when we add work into the mix.
