Don't forget to detach yourself for auto-renewals of Black Friday deal commitment deals from last year - you KNOW they will renew higher! Sometimes you don't get notified. Mark it in your calendars for next year. Pay attention. Also adjust your hours on your Google Business Profiles for being closed on Thanksgiving.
