Unmissable in attire and conversation our very own Lord of the Dance Fred Cooke dropped in to say thanks for all of the support he received from the Northeast on his Dancing with the Stars adventure! Stella O'Malley's new book "Fragile" made a significant impression on Gerry and the conversation on-air exemplified his feelings as Stella spoke brilliantly about Anxiety its causes, identifying and how to deal with it. Roisin Matthews is the Mess Chef but making a great job of introducing young children to food and its preparation. And we heard from some of the main players at the launch of Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann 2019 which takes place in Drogheda for the second successive year this August.
