A Limerick therapist's new venture: "Grá & Solas"

Now, we all know how important minding our mental health can be, but it can be quite difficult to find that right person to lean on.
Well, Limerick lady Erin Moore has recently started her own counselling practice called Grá & Solas, the Irish for love and light.
She graduated from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences with a degree in counselling and psychotherapy.
Erin joins Limerick Today.
