Getting your mortgage approved in Limerick- How difficult is it?

Mortgage approvals in Ireland have hit their highest monthly level in at least 15 years, with more than 6,200 mortgages approved in July.


First-time buyers continue to make up the majority of those approvals, but getting that approval is only one part of the process, and actually getting from mortgage approval to getting the keys can be a very different story.
