This week, Pastor Sarah preached as we gathered online only due to the snowstorm. Continuing our Kingdom Minded series, she challenged us to cast Kingdom vision by staying faithful to God’s calling over the long haul. In Week 4 of our Kingdom Minded series, Pastor Baba challenges us to slow down, listen well, and let our hearts reflect the Kingdom of God. We continued our Kingdom Minded series with Week 3 as Pastor Joshua preached a message called “The Courage to Stay.” Drawing from Nehemiah 4:1–14, this week reminded us that trust in God is often tested in the moments where fear and fatigue start to multiply. Instead of pulling away, Nehemiah shows us what it looks like to stay connected, stay grounded, and stay focused on who God is, rather than rehearsing the fear around us.
