Ryan is the Partnerships and Promotions Manager, meaning he works with teams and other organizations who are going a step beyond being regular customers. That includes working with college teams in doing their special edition helmets, professional leagues, US Lacrosse and others. He goes into some detail to better understand where Cascade Maverik fits into the growth equation of how and where lacrosse is going to be next. He also describes working with their partners to develop newer and better products.

This week's episode (Lucky 13!) is none other than Inside Lacrosse's Gear and Lifestyle Editor Kyle Devitte. Kyle has been covering the game for a number of years, typically focusing on MLL, but does much more. The reason he is joining this week is to talk about his newest project, which is ranking the top 50 best men's lacrosse heads of all time. He talks a bit about the criteria used, what made the list, and some of his personal preferences that came into play.Of course, he goes into what brought him into the lacrosse world, how the eventually evolved into being a lacrosse writer, and we commiserate on how incredibly busy our summer just became due to the MLL and PLL happening at the same time.

This week's guest of the Know The Game Podcast is USA Men's Indoor head coach, Syracuse Women's associate head coach, and the new NLL New York franchise general manager and head coach Regy Thorpe.Ryan Conwell and Thorpe sit down and discuss how he became involved in the box game as a player out of college, the importance of the box game in the US and how he started coaching women's lacrosse. Thorpe also goes into the importance of players knowing the history of the game and why it was a priority for him as the Team USA coach to teach his players about the culture and importance of lacrosse in Iroquois life.

This week's guest on the Know The Game Podcast is Tyler Low. Tyler is the men's lacrosse head coach at UMass-Boston, a Division III school in the Little East Conference, located on the shore of Boston. He is also the co-founder of PrimeTime Lacrosse, which has an events business that operates several lacrosse camps, clinics and tournaments through the year as well as several club teams, known as the Penguins.
