What would you do if a stable part of your life fell apart? Life has a way of throwing us curve balls when we least expect them and the way we respond defines where our future goes. 

In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by the inspiring Jasmine Rice. Jasmine is a Certified Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Her foundation for wanting to help women go from surviving to thriving began while working towards her psychology degree at the University of Kansas. Today, Jasmine is on a mission to help guide her clients to shift their mindset, change their perspective, and create their own life recipe. 

Not too long ago, Jasmine was married, working a solid job, and taking care of her two dogs when life hit her with multiple curveballs all at once. Around the same time, Jasmine went through a difficult divorce, lost her job, and her two dogs passed away. Jasmine started  blogging as a way to journal her feelings and she began to build an online community of women helping each other through difficult situations. Jasmine has since published a book, Create Your Own Life Recipe After Divorce, and is helping countless clients with her life coaching business.
