S4: E24 White skies and kinda cool
Season 4, Ep. 24
•
As we dive into the latest insights, let’s reflect on how our journeys through conflict shape our creativity and self-awareness.
This week, I share a personal update about taking a step back from the usual hustle. Working three-day weeks has dramatically shifted my energy levels, allowing me to reconnect with me. It’s a process of trial and error, learning to listen to my bodies, and recognising when I need to reset.
I then continue on the tarot adventure. We're moving through the 6's and the 7's this week, considering what we need after successfully overcoming a conflict and then what might happen next.
Ego, celebration, trusting your gut, surrender and more.

20. S4 E20: Just lovely weather
29:34||Season 4, Ep. 20Good morning, yogis! Happy Tuesday! Let's dive into today’s reflection, which is all about celebrating our journeys and finding joy in the present moment. This week, we explore the vibrant energy of the Sun card from the Tarot, a symbol of happiness, celebration, and light. Understanding the Sun CardThe Sun card represents joy and success. Picture a bright sun in the sky, a joyful child on a white horse, and sunflowers blooming all around. This imagery encapsulates the essence of celebration and positivity. After navigating through challenges, the Sun encourages us to acknowledge our achievements and embrace happiness. The Importance of CelebrationIn our fast-paced lives, we often forget to celebrate our wins. The Sun card reminds us to pause and reflect on how far we've come. Whether it’s small victories or significant milestones, taking a moment to appreciate our journey can enhance our overall well-being. It’s easy to get caught up in what’s next, but celebrating our progress helps us cultivate a sense of gratitude and joy.Overcoming the Guilt of JoyMany of us have been conditioned to believe that joy must be earned through hard work. This mindset can lead to feelings of unworthiness when we experience happiness without struggle. The Sun card challenges this notion, inviting us to find joy in simplicity and to allow ourselves to enjoy life without guilt. Embracing joy isn’t about neglecting responsibilities; it’s about recognizing that life can be fulfilling and enjoyable.Finding Joy in Everyday MomentsThe Sun card encourages us to seek joy in everyday experiences. Simple pleasures, like enjoying a cup of coffee, spending time with loved ones, or simply soaking in the sunlight, can significantly boost our happiness. By shifting our focus from what we lack to what we have, we can create a mindset of abundance and positivity. Conclusion: Embrace the JoyAs we reflect on the Sun card, let’s commit to celebrating our victories, no matter how small. This week, take a moment to acknowledge your achievements and allow joy to fill your heart. Remember, life is not just about the grind; it’s also about celebrating the journey. So go ahead, dance, laugh, and enjoy the ride! References: Norwich Yoga Festival
