Lara brings over 30 years of vast experience as a business owner, corporate leader and entrepreneur, combined with her broad studies of human behaviour including: Soul-centered Psychotherapy, Counselling, Psychometric assessments, Emotional Intelligence, Spirituality and Philosophy of Self.

Through her extensive life and business experience, and continually exploring the outer edges of consciousness and human potential, Lara is on the forefront blazing new trails within her transformational and leadership programs.
