This week, Iona and Amy welcome Antonia Spinks to the podcast. Antonia has over twenty-five years’ experience as a teacher and leader in a variety of school contexts having trained as an English teacher, and currently leads a small MAT in Berkshire. She is currently studying for an EdD. Her research interests include the organisational culture and leadership of schools and trusts, and diversity and inclusion.
