From classroom teacher to CEO, her career has been shaped by a commitment to empowering others to flourish. Emma is passionate about developing leaders, building high-performing teams and promoting evidence-informed practice. She is also a vocal advocate for women in leadership, encouraging women to embrace leadership opportunities and lead with confidence, courage and authenticity.
