- Healing is within reach for me
- I love my body, my mind, my dreams, and my goals
- Negative thoughts do not serve me anymore
- I will surround myself with people who love and support me unconditionally
- I accept myself for who I am
- With positive thoughts and self-confidence, I will be unstoppable
- I am proud of myself and will continue to strive to do well
- The past is the past, and my past doesn’t predict my future
- Today, I will do my best
