I Got Back Up: Getting back up with...

I don't want to burden anyone: Tim Chase

Tim Chase is the CEO and Founder of Striver, the world’s first abuse-free social media platform created by footballers for fans.

Opening up about his mental health, living with ADHD, the feeling of ‘not wanting to burden anyone as a man with what’s going on in your mind', and a harrowing event whereby he was next to someone who got stabbed in the neck with Tim putting his fingers into his neck to try to save him.

Never underestimate the power of the present moment. And please remember you are never alone in this journey, so take it one moment at a time, one day at a time, and one step at a time, because that’s a pretty good pace to go.
