Season 4 E7 Remote Leadership – Putting Teamwork on the Map
Season 4, Ep. 7
In a future where digital tools allow teams to collaborate across continents, strong leadership can create an open, inspiring and collaborative team culture. But how do leaders lead when their teams are spread out from Stockholm to Singapore? That’s when remote leadership enters the online chat. Join the HyperTalks crew as they talk to Johanna Olsson, learning designer, facilitator and co-founder of The Hows as they discuss the Why, What, When, For Whom and the Hows (yes, we did) of remote leadership. The Hows started in 2019, but its members have been working together for the past 8 years. Today, The Hows primarily works with organisations, teams and individuals to help them learn and collaborate in a better and more long lasting way. They focus on the how - how people can collaborate and relate to each other in a way that builds empathy, motivation and the highest level of contribution. Hosts: Linn Jansson, Erik Granholm and Nitin George (yes, three of us!) Once again, thank you to Beppo Studios for making this recording possible and for their continued support of HyperTalks! Don't forget to subscribe and follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates. Until next time!

Season 5 E5 - Launching a Social Impact during a crisis
Season 5, Ep. 5
Alex speaks with entrepreneur Lesley Pennington, founder of BEMZ, and now Kinship Collective @kinship.stories which launched this September! Our talk gives the entrepreneurial story and learnings of Lesleys, from her life at Apple in the early 90s, to the importance of her work now of lifting up women, and female artisans in the textile industry. This episode was recorded in June, when the pandemic was spreading, and the protests of George Floyd in the US were reverberating around the world. We are just very happy to be back with Hyper Talks after a few months of uncertainty. With a big thanks to Beppo Studio for making these recordings possible.
