This week I’m talking to a master of the comedic craft, James Acaster. There are some TOP TIPS in terms of mushroom cookery and off-menu-items. Not to even start on the blistering series of American puddings that get a shout out. This is was such a fun, funny, easy episode to record and I think it shows.
