This week I’m releasing a Hoovering I actually recorded a month or two ago but I thought now is the time! As lockdown in the UK eases again and gyms reopen again and the sun starts to (occassionally) shine- it seems that a lot of us, not surprisingly, are feeling a bit weird or anxious or annoyed with themself for caring about their bodies - so I thought it was high time to introduce you to Nicki Hobday, an amazing personal personal trainer and theatre performer. Because if now isn’t the right time to eat a massive sweaty burger followed by a chocolate bar sucked through tea with an official ‘fitness person’, whenever is?
