He talks about food in the same way that Disney films talk about love so prepare yourself to have a MASSIVE CRUSH on whatever you’re planning to eat next. He melted my food loving mind-heart. Lucky us. Also his new book is genuinely full of fucking delicious ways of making simple meals a little bit extra jazzy.
