Nick Williams is a coach, speaker, entrepreneur and best-selling author of 19 books, including ‘The Work We Were Born To Do’, ‘How To Be Inspired’ and ‘Powerful Beyond Measure’. He has over 3 decades’ experience in the coaching industry and has worked with clients ranging from Olympians to Golden Globe award winners. In today's conversation Nick argues that leadership isn’t just a skill to be developed - or a role that comes with direct reports - but can be an innate calling, which comes with its own responsibilities and an openness to inspiration, whatever the source - including the possibility of insights coming from ‘The Muse’.
