This week is Parent Mental Health Day, and to mark the occasion we explore the ways you can protect your mental well-being throughout parenthood. Gi speaks to NSPCC Local Campaigns Manager Emma Motherwell and actor T'Nia Miller, a campaigns ambassador at the NSPCC, to find out how the charity is supporting mums and dads.
