From Mourning to Light with Sadie Beyl
When going through grief, we can find comfort in simple things such as nature, meditation, art, and poetry, among others.
In this episode, I am joined by Sadie Beyl, a grief coach and author on a mission to help people with grief awareness. She does this using meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, breathwork, and various spiritual modalities. She recently hosted a successful summit called: From Mourning to Light, and she’s planning a second summit.
Throughout this episode, Saide shares how the loss of her husband in a motorcycle accident turned her life upside down. She shares with us her initial experience with grief and what she eventually did to bring joy back into her life. Additionally, Sadie shares the role that nature and meditation played during the grieving period.
