Crispy Tomato Chicken Thighs, Bulgur Wheat & Feta with Shelina Permalloo

For this cook-along recipe you will need (serves 4):
4 chicken thighs, skin on and bone in
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground allspice
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil
4 garlic cloves
6 sundried tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
200g coarse bulgur wheat
1 chicken stock cube
100g feta
½ tsp dried oregano
