In the run-up to the Academy of Management (AOM) annual meeting taking place later this month, we're highlighting the global influence of the University of Exeter Business School's research community with a special podcast featuring two of our Distinguished Research Professors: Professor Ronit Kark (Bar-Ilan University), and former President of the Academy of Management Professor Herman Aguinis (George Washington University).Together, they received last year's Academy of Management's Organisational Behaviour Division Societal Impact Award, which recognises research that has made a meaningful difference beyond academia.
