53:56||Ep. 12This weeks episode took 3 separate attempts to record due to poorly baby!We're looking at social media this week and 4 areas that can make you feel less pink and things you can do to take control of that again1) confirmation bias2) comparisons and unrealistic baselines3) FOMO4) social isolation and lonelinessI love social media I think it has so much wonderful uses but also there is a downside to our online presence. unhealthy comparisons, people not disclosing things and not being real and honest. it can lead you down a path you didn't intend to go and can be hard reversing back from. Its helpful to remember that if the grass looks a lot greener than yours chances are its a filter doing it!
11. Ep 11. Balancing scale vs spinning plates

I dont like the phrase balance because it implies that there are only 2 things at play and they have to be split equally. This is NOT the case for most people and its possibly why we dont feel balanced and why its so hard for us to juggle.Plate spinning is more apt or juggling. Not balancing.We've also tried to film this one so lets see how this goes!
