It was a DOWNPOUR at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on Sunday, September 8th, 2024. We thought we could wait out the rain with a Disney Dining Show at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café, but we were wrong! This small dining review was, unfortunately, all that we were able to do that night, but we made the most of it and ordered all the party-exclusive items on the menu. There were some surprises, both good and bad. Dockside Diner is part of that ship you always see in Echo Lake at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
