Keith McDonagh is a member of the Galway Traveller Movement and manager of the social enterprise Bounce Back Recycling which specialises in recycling old mattress. They send the various materials to businesses in Ireland who repurpose them. It's a wonderful initiative that not only diverts thousands of waste from landfill each year, but provides members of the Travelling community with employment opportunities.
