The heart, mind, and soul are often talked about as if they are three different things. Which they are, however, they are three CRITICAL components to every human body. We weren't created to only have a mind, but no heart and no soul and vice versa. So many times, mental health is focused on that only, the mind. What would change in mental health care if these three things were "treated" as a package deal?
