Catherine Simard is a Canadian-born self-taught travel/landscape photographer and digital artist with a passion for the outdoors and the wilderness. After quitting her job as a fashion stylist and model, she left Quebec and spent 4 years exploring Western Canada, Australia, New-Zealand, Hawaii, Indonesia, Argentina, Chile & Peru while showcasing her travels to her audience, mainly on her Instagram page. 

She is now travelling the world full-time, on a mission to share her passion and vision, while creating unique photography and art while teaching photography workshops around the world.

Her passion for photography goes beyond simply creating beautiful images. For her, photography is like a therapy that gives a sense of purpose and self-expression. With her work Catherine wish to inspire people to go outdoors more so they can get a better sense of how our planet is beautiful how we must protect it. By frequently showcasing her solo adventures on her social media, she hopes to inspire people to take more alone time in nature for self improvement and healing.
