Alpha Blokes Podcast

DISCLAIMER: This episode features discussion of wild travel stories, abuse, drugs and constant crude language. Curls is here to tell his story and we appreciate him telling it at 100% authenticity.

Instagrams most wanted scrapper and one of the funniest blokes we've ever met, Nathan "Curly" Marks joins the pod to share his story, which is the wildest one in Alpha Blokes guest history.

We take it back to the first key event of Curls' life: having a near death experience due to pub bluing and how that made him secure a one way ticket to Mexico in his early twenties after he healed. We dive into why he chose Mexico, including his primary goal to participate in Ayahuasca and how he made it to Peru on foot with a backpack over 8 months in Mexico, including a hairy run in with the cartel. Curls' tells us how that experience changed his life and how he transitioned from everyday Australian worksites putting heroes down a peg to the beginning of his content journey, the most viral part recently including calling out "The Top 5 G*yest Male Jobs Of All Time" in a back to back boxing match and winning 4/4 matches. We follow up by discussing how his authentic content has blown up recently before ripping into the wildest set of answers to the guest questions of all time. This is the craziest guest yarn of all time: we reached out to Curls because we loved seeing him being himself and it's now ended up with him being on this years Podcast Royale card. Enjoy trendsetters, listen at your own risk (but mainly enjoyment).
