Anchored in the messiness of real life, each episode explores cross-sections of some of my favorite things, including, interpersonal neurobiology, nervous system regulation, contemplative practices, and parts work. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who holds a second master’s degree in biblical studies and has served in a spiritual formation fellowship -- and before any of these things, I'm simply a human navigating the messiness of life and faith.
