Today we are learning a body yanta. Body yantras are powerful proprioceptive practices, where your nervous system gets to map out where you are in space to move away from chronic holding patterns. This practice allows the NS to realign the bone structure of the body to induce more relaxation.


This micro-movement meditation is a harmonizing practice that organically helps you reprogram the way your skeletal system as been responding to your perceptions, internal stories and traumas.
