10/10 You're Great
2024 You're Great
Season 1, Ep. 41
•
Tonight THIS YEAR Tonight -- the boys look back at the year of 2024. And yes, the year is not yet over at the time of this posting, but one of the hosts got sick and has a tummyache and is being very brave about it but couldn't record a regular episode so we had to bump this one up two weeks. Godspeed You! Brave Angel on your recovery.
Also up for discussion: films and games of 2024. Its not really our wheelhouse but we do hit on that. Sorry and you're welcome.

1. Phoneacular Speaktacular
01:17:52||Season 2, Ep. 1On this new years hallows eve we, them boys, do the hottest and most economical way of ringing in the new year-- by passing the burden of content on to you, the listener. That's right-- those brave souls who called us at 360-55-WADS1 are the hosts of tonight's this week's tonight's show and we are your humble guests. Also up for discussion: Slander is accurately diagnosed, a former host pops in for two dramatic (and take note hosts, concise) showtimes, and Chris vamps about ice for a solid 10 minutes.42. Emergency & I
01:49:52||Season 1, Ep. 42Tonight (this week, et all) is a night to dismember, so we three folks fair discuss the most important album about turning 27 that ever once was wrote: Emergency & I. We do not determine if they are called Dismemberment Plan or The Dismemberment Plan, so don't be thinking about that. Also up for discussion: Albums turn a certain age and Chris does too. Similar Alley, Different Rats life. We also drink a holiday bev and also also (oso oso): it is the last episode of 2024 we are taking a break-- Genuinely thank you for listening. I can't believe you did but I'm so glad it happened. Tell us your new years resolution at 360-55WADS1.Find Chris @ChrisFavata on most social media platforms.40. Keep It like a Secret
01:28:35||Season 1, Ep. 40This week we decide that themes are dumb and so are we so we go back to a classic record with Build To Spill (the true BTS of the thinking ancient being) classic record, Keep It like a Secret. In my case that means keep it and accidentally reveal it to everyone, humiliating those who trusted you. More importantly for discussion: We have added a new voicemail tip line at (360) 559-2371. Tell us you adore us or despise us! Correct our mistakes or nod sagely into the microphone when we are correct (we count all silent calls as this). Be a part of your favorite-ish show! To remember the number, Lucas provided this handy guide/poem:that's (360) like brat55 like the speed i just can't driveWADS like cum or cashand 1 like the Beatles best album.39. It's Lisztblitzomania 2: Top Albums of the Decade So Far
01:56:09||Season 1, Ep. 39Listen folks: Sometimes life comes at you fast (holidays) and you have to bite the bullet (turkey) with your family. On those sacred occasions, we have to do a list because its easy and timeless and Chris wont let us do my idea of us ranking all the Bring it On Movies (THERE ARE 6) so instead we did a list. Listing the cheer movies would also be a list but this plea falls on deaf ears and dry eyes. Also up for discussion: When Lucas said anabolic he meant anaerobic, and the adult male children learn a lot about complex carbs.38. Emovember: The Whaler
01:30:57||Season 1, Ep. 38For the Emovember Finale Extravaganza your three humble insanely hot modest hosts talk the most recent album they've done yet: Home is Where's 2023 masterpiece, The Whaler. If you haven't heard it, it's a recursive nightmare where every day is just like 9/11. It's fun! Also up for discussion: Kendrick shadowdrops a new record, Martha Stewart is a huge fan of Godspeed!, and what on earth could horse lubricant possibly be used for in a society that has discovered the automobile.37. Emovember: You're Gonna Miss It All
01:35:59||Season 1, Ep. 37On the third week of Emovember, my true love gave to me-- one BevCheck brewing, two singers feuding and a Chris who cannot let things be. Also up for discussion: LOTS of toilet talk. We do not normally engage in such speak as we are a clean, professional, toddler-friendly podcast but this one got a little nasty and I would like to apologize on our behalf about that. Not NASTY nasty but you know, I just don't like talking toilet stuff I don't like thinking about it. When I see someone go into a toilet I assume the are not doing anything in there and then they just come out not having completed any kind of activities.36. Emovember: The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me
01:32:39||Season 1, Ep. 36Thank he above and below because this week the three lads did an episode that is shorter than a Star War. Suck it Kit Fisto! Also up for discussion: Puberties 0-2, Young Thug goes free thanks in large part to our small-following podcast, and the Smiths are a comedy music group.35. Emovember: Frame & Canvas
02:24:16||Season 1, Ep. 35THIS WEEK: It's a thanksgiving miracle because album time is actually good? Too bad its like 3 hours into the podcast when we get there but hey that's content, baby it just goes on forever. It's like heaven-- infinite in each direction but its all just clouds. Also the album we talk about is Braid's 1998 classic, Frame & Canvas. Also the month is emo themed, it's a whole thing. Also also also up for discussion: A breaded chicken becomes newly single, Lucas visits the Yukon(?) and the boys consider pivoting to a food and or bible themed podcast instead of whatever this has become.
