In November 2022, when he was 29, Oli noticed a mist in his right eye and decided to get it checked out. After 18 months of complex medical treatment, 4 corneal transplants, an eye collapse, retinal detachment and a rare infection thrown into the mix, he was told by the doctor in May 2024 that his new found blindness was permanent.
