Episode 8: Dr. Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam

Ep. 8

The boys head back to their roots, if their roots were watching obscure 80's sci-fi flicks you can only find in your local Thrift Store's reject VHS section, and watch their first Ernest film, Dr. Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam. They seem to have a lot of fun talking about how wacky and weird this one was, but they also get serious about their feelings and talk about their childhood. Enjoy!

Spoilers ahead, but you should definitely watch the movie before listening. Anyways, does Jesse have a thing for vampires? Enjoy!

Was it weird enough? Listen intently and find out!

Who doesn't love a beautiful, terrifying house with a mind of it's own?

    34:24||Ep. 6
    On today's episode, Josh and Jesse jump back in time to one of Nicolas Cage's most memorable films, Con Air, and it's much better than anticipated. They discuss the 1997 Academy Awards and spend a little too much time disgusted that this film was only nominated for two Oscars, losing both to a little indie film called Titanic. You want prisoners on a plane and prisoners in a desert and prisoners in Las Vegas? What are you waiting for, Con Air is the movie for you!
