You're In Good Company
The first dissolvable makeup wipe: Conserving Beauty with Natassia Nicolao
Building a successful business requires hard work and dedication, but the returns can be far greater than traditional investments like the stock market. It's 20 years of work for an overnight success. As more of us are looking to add 'entrepreneur' to our resumes, we wanted to talk to some women who've dreamed and made successful businesses. As fellow hustlers, we want to learn from the challenges they faced and the lessons they have taken away.
Today we chat with the incredibly impressive Natassia Nicolao about her journey building Conserving Beauty. From creating samples in a lab to landing a Mecca contract and having Elle Macpherson join her board, Natassia's dedication and commitment to her values has led to a successful and eco-friendly business. We hear about the lessons she learned - including perseverance, hiring for your weaknesses, and building a strong brand identity - loyal to your ethics and impact.
Check out Natassia and Conserving Beauty here.
