That is how we change our lives.Five Pillars of Healing:Mind - your mindset both subconscious and conscious.Soul - inner child healing, shadow work, and parts integration.Action - execution.Hearts - stored up feelings and trauma.Energy - emotions.Carl Young has this concept of four main things in psychology that make up who we are. One of them is the persona and that's that mask that we show to the world. The other one is ego, and that is ourself who we are. And then we've got the shadow, all the parts of ourselves that we feel extremely ashamed of, or that we don't want people to know about us or the parts of us that didn't receive love. 27:23|How’s your inner child doing?Inner child healing is a constant evolution and something I constantly revisit. As I go through my healing journey, I uncover my own layers and understanding of what it means for me. Conversations about inner child healing go hand in hand with the mother archetype and how it shows up in our lives through subconscious patterns that are created.I believe conscious, spiritual beings are interested in healing and becoming the best versions of themselves; not from materialistic gain but by really coming home to Self. Learning more about who they are underneath all these patterns and conditionings picked up along the way is part of healing core wounds.With every divine archetype, there is a shadow to accompany it. With the mother archetype, the shadow is the people pleaser or martyr. I’ve coined the core limiting belief for the shadow archetype as “I am not enough.”The new core belief to adopt and embody the mother archetype is…“I am worthy of existence and I am enough as I am.”There is nothing you need to do, feel, have or achieve to be worthy, to love yourself, to be enough. 20:39|Are you finding yourself in seasons of darkness?You’re doing all the things to better your life and become the best version of yourself; yes, that’s all beautiful, amazing and great. But what happens when you have seasons where you backslide? Some people can take those seasons and fall deep into this self-fulfilling prophecy of, “I knew I wasn’t good enough. Man, I can’t believe I’m going backwards.” Oftentimes that debilitating shame can stop you from getting back on the wagon and back into it.I want to normalize finding comfort in the dark.Non-stop growth is cancer. This isn’t something we want for our lives and journeys but so many of us view our personal development journey in that light; we want to see it constantly get better and during the times it is not getting better, we make it mean something about ourselves.So how can we find comfort in the dark? It comes down to three things:✨Becoming aware and understanding the purpose of dark seasons✨Not rejecting the present but rather loving what is✨Sitting with yourself in these seasons to integrate and trust that you know what you needNormalize the dark seasons, if you’re in one right now just know that I see you and hear you and feel you.
