He was born a day before 9/11. He is an alcoholic, a diabetic with a string of chronic conditions, anxiety and a sense of civic activism in his native Manchester, he's only 19 and he's taken the world by storm. Meet Jim E. Brown, the internet's new favourite sad English teenager. He likes 3 bands: Coldplay, Phish and Kraftwerk, and the world has been drawn to his downbeat post punk music, singing about the pains of his everyday life. We join him far from home in Toronto, Canada, for a little chat about the Beatles, sports, alcohol and his new album Dirt. He also answers some questions from you, the fans! Jules Henry believes music should be fun. It is a principle written all over his musical project Super Plage, which started in 2019 in Montreal.
